2 | cups | Woodstock Frozen Chopped Kale | |

2 | cups | unsweetened beverage style coconut milk | |

1 1/2 | cups | Woodstock Frozen Avocado | |
|
|||
1 1/2 | cups | Woodstock Frozen Pineapple Chunks | |
|
|||
1 | tablespoon | honey or agave syrup, plus more for garnish | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | chia seeds | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | fresh raspberries | |
|
In a blender combine kale and coconut milk and blend until completely smooth.
Add avocado, pineapple, and honey or agave and blend again until smooth.
Place a little honey or agave on a small plate and dip the rims of 2 tall glasses in it.
Rim the glasses with chia seeds.
Pour smoothie into glasses or bowls and garnish with blueberries and your favorite toppings.
